January Visiting Teaching Message 2012 Watchcare

Whenever I think of watch care I always think of light houses. When my parents were newly married they lived on an island while my father was a light house keeper for the Coast Guard. I have always had a fondness for light house and what they symbolize. I chose a vintage postcard image which shows the Great Beds Lighthouse in 1918 and  altered it a bit for this months visiting teaching message. It features this quote "If we are observant and aware, and if we act on the promptings which come to us,
we can accomplish much good. … Countless are the acts of service provided by the vast army of Relief Society visiting teachers. -President Thomas S. Monson
Please share it with those you teach.
